Side-Effects of Botox Injections

it seems since it had botox and fillers that with himself the point like bumps in my face but these points arent and that I have small black small pieces in them. can this being of botox or fillers? or could more this being of something? if anyone can help me with this I will be been thankful. thank you very much

    The injection area are not an uncommon side effect these will typically pass in about week but if they dont you should contact your doctor.
    An uncommon side effects few small bumps around the injection area are not an uncommon side effects.
