Is there anything else I can do about my wrinkles?

I’m 22 (turning 23 in a couple months) and I already have wrinkles! I used to tan (out in the sun) but I’ve stopped tanning and am using a moisturizer every night before I go to sleep. Also, if I have to be out in the sun a lot I’ll wear a hat or sunscreen. I don’t smoke and have never used a tanning bed in my life so that’s not a problem.
I have wrinkles on my forehead and laugh lines under my eyes. I don’t know how well you can see them here. This is a bad picture of me.

I’m a pretty unattractive guy so I don’t need wrinkles to make me even more so, so I’d really like to get rid of them.
Is there anything else I can do about them? Do anti-wrinkle creams do any good? I’m also trying to drink a lot of water to keep my skin hydrated. I’m way too young for botox so I know that’s not an option. LOL!
