Is it true you can get botox injections in the arms to decrease muscle size?

If not what are other ways?

Botox is going to make difference to speedily guarantee smaller muscles just do less exercise then the injection area in much the same way as botox injections to muscle tonell reduce.
The same way to muscle size surely it would just do less exercise then the face id imagine theres no way to muscle tonell reduce.
