How does Vitamin E help your skin?

Okay so I was told that Vitamin E will prevent wrinkles and heal scars, is it true? Does Vitamin E help with anything else? I popped open a Vitamin E tablet and spread it across my face, because that’s what i was told to do. Has anyone tried it before? Does it work? No rude comments please!! :D Thanks in advance.

    I have never tried vitamin e but I do know that vitamin A helps. It helps with all different things. Skin problems, Acne, wrinkles, sun spots, sunburn and alot more….
