Best Mineral Makeup Foundation for Dry Skin?

I’ve been directed to mineral makeup due to my skin allergy to talc (which is in about every foundation you can imagine) and my severely dry skin. Mineral makeup doesn’t make my skin peel up like the kind with talc does but mineral makeup enhances small wrinkles and lines on my face. Anyone know of a mineral foundation that is hydrating or one that I’d be better off with? Thank you!! :)
