Any way to reduce or remove crows feet around the eyes without surgery or botox?

I am drinking plenty of water every day and use a really rich eye cream but am not seeing any reduction. Once fine lines appear is there anything you can do about them?
I use acne skin care which contains the Sacylicc Acid someone spoke about, does this mean over the long term it will improve my skin?

    The same problem have the same problem have tried all kinds of stuff and nothing works even retin didnt help im thinking botox or restylane.

    what type of eye cream do you use? i use mary kay and it works great. tips: apply twice daily after cleansing. it can take awhile before you notice a difference, make sure you use a good moisturizer after also.
